Programs and ServicesThe shortage of quality entry-level technicians is growing. One of the reasons for the shortage is the poor image of the collision repair industry. Misconceptions about the industry affect the ability of career and technical schools and colleges to recruit students to their classrooms. In response to an overwhelming need to recognize and motivate students and to increase their opportunities for job placement, the I-CAR Education Foundation is now offering many programs and services to assist with the recruitment and education of entry-level technicians. |
