Enhanced Delivery Demonstration
You can access the recommended training paths for your profession as well as Gold Class point requirements on our Web site. For now, follow along as I lead you through two examples of a training path. You will be selecting each topic below in the order presented.

To start, click Vocational-Technical Education Training Path or Collision Repair Business Training Path. A separate window will appear taking you to the training path you have selected. The recommended training paths for most positions within the Collision Industry are offered to those Students who would benefit from having a learning guide for training for their position. If you are interested in any of the fields listed under the Vocational-Technical Education or Collision Repair Business heading, there is a particular training path set up that you should follow. And, of course, you need to meet a certain percentage of Gold Class points to remain current in your field. The Gold Class Professionals® designation is the highest form of recognition for collision repair training that a business can earn.

This chart explains the particular job description, Gold Class point requirements, and training paths for personnel directly involved in the career and technical educational field or the collision repair process and estimating field, depending on your selection. The other listed training paths for collision repair employees provides a suggested learning hierarchy that may be used by a school. The appropriate Enhanced Delivery Program is noted in the recommended learning sequence. Close this window to continue viewing this example.

Click Collision Repair Instructor Recommended Training Path or Collision Repair Technician Recommended Training Path. This flowchart outlines the recommended training path for a Collision Repair Instructor or Technician, depending on your selection. Close this window to continue viewing this example.

Click TRM01, which is the first box of the flowchart. TRM01, or Trim and Hardware Program 1, is part of the Exterior Panel Repair and Replace Course. Specific Program information such as a Program description, a Program outline, and recommended business and/or professionals who would benefit from taking this particular Program is explained here. Close this window to continue viewing this example.

Click Collision Repair Instructor Gold Class Point Requirements or Collision Repair Technician Gold Class Point Requirements. This chart lists the number of Gold Class points needed by personnel directly involved with the collision repair process and estimating. Notice the Gold Class point requirements for a Collision Repair Instructor or Technician, depending on your selection. You will have the opportunity to learn all about the Gold Class Professionals® program in the next topic.

This ends this particular example. Close this window to continue to the next topic.

Click All About the Gold Class Professionals>Program to find out more about the program and how it relates to you. Be sure to scroll down the page to access different Gold Class topics.

At this point, feel free to browse other areas of the I-CAR Web site. When you are through, close the window to continue with the demonstration.
