I-CAR’s Enhanced Delivery is an exciting new series of modularized training programs currently being introduced. These programs use state-of-the-art communication technologies to provide superior classroom instruction and will eventually replace the current Traditional I-CAR courses. These new programs are knowledge and performance based, and provide Students the opportunity to verify the knowledge and hands-on skills they have gained.
New modular program structure allows Students to tailor their training paths to meet their individual needs.
Features
- Instructor-led training combined with state-of-the-art technology.
- A Student CD-ROM that includes the textbook, Instructor audio track, video demonstrations of the classroom exercises, and all instructional videos shown in class, which can be used for further review at home or on the job. The Student CD-ROM also supports self-paced learning.
- Increased use of realistic, hands-on exercises provides a more flexible and adaptable learning experience.
- Tests to help ensure a high level of learning.
Benefits
- Allows Students to tailor their training path to meet their individual needs.
- Allows Students who attend qualified Vocational-Technical Schools and Colleges that use Enhanced Delivery curriculum to receive points toward Gold Class Professionals® and Platinum Individuals programs.
- Lowers training costs by recognizing and offering Gold Class points for training and certifications provided by other I-CAR approved Industry training providers.
- Allows qualified Vocational-Technical Schools and Colleges to use I-CAR's Enhanced Delivery curriculum.
- Allows other organizations to use training developed by I-CAR for their in-house training programs.
- Meets and/or exceeds NATEF content requirements.
In order to successfully complete an Enhanced Delivery program, you are required to attend class and pass a test administered at the end of most programs. If you do not pass the test, you are permitted to retake the class at no additional cost, and retake the test.
