CCC INFORMATION SERVICES INC. AND I-CAR EDUCATION FOUNDATION ANNOUNCE WINNERS OF THIRD ANNUAL SCHOLARSHIP

Hoffman Estates, IL – January 16,  2009– The I-CAR Education Foundation and CCC Information Services Inc., are proud to announce six exceptional students as winners of the CCC Michael Salvatore Memorial Student Repair Technician Scholarship. The scholarship program was renamed in 2007 to honor longtime CCC team member Michael Salvatore.

The CCC Michael Salvatore Memorial Student Repair Technician Scholarship awards scholarships to students currently enrolled at each of five chosen schools, representing a combined student value of $25,000. Schools participating in the CCC Michael Salvatore Memorial Student Repair Technician Scholarship were selected based on specific criteria ( e.g. - ASE-certification, use of the I-CAR Live curriculum, geographic location).

“It is an honor for us to recognize these students and their achievements,” said CCC Automotive Services Group General Manager Jim Dickens. “The hard work and dedication in their respective programs is reflected in their coursework, and only stands to benefit the collision repair industry as they enter the workforce. We are pleased to give them this opportunity.”

The following is a list of participating schools and the winner(s) from each school:
