ECKENRODE JOINS THE I-CAR EDUCATION FOUNDATION TO HELP ASSIST CAREER AND TECHNICAL SCHOOLS AND COLLEGES

Hoffman Estates, IL – January 13, 2009– As of January 1, Brandon Eckenrode has joined the I-CAR Education Foundation as the Associate Director of Development. Eckenrode, formerly with I-CAR as the Supervisor of Marketing Communications, will assist the I-CAR Education Foundation in working with industry partners for support that allows the I-CAR Education Foundation to offer grants and scholarships to career and technical schools and colleges and to students attending these schools.

I-CAR Education Foundation Executive Director Scott Kruger noted, “All of us at the I-CAR Education Foundation are pleased to have Brandon’s experience, expertise, and knowledge as we continue building our programs supporting collision repair students and schools. I am confident that he will meet the challenges ahead as he fosters strong fundraising partnerships between the Education Foundation and the many businesses within the collision industry.”

Eckenrode will report directly to the Executive Director of the I-CAR Education Foundation, Scott Kruger.

The I-CAR Education Foundation, founded in 1991, is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to securing donations that support philanthropic and collision repair education activities that promote and enhance career opportunities in the industry.
