Education Foundation News: 2008 Education Foundation Press Releases: July 28, 2008 GOLFERS TAKE A SWING TO SUPPORT COLLISION REPAIR EDUCATION AT THE SEVENTH ANNUAL I-CAR EDUCATION FOUNDATION GOLF TOURNAMENT Hoffman Estates, IL – JULY 26, 2008-The Seventh Annual I-CAR Education Foundation Golf Tournament, sponsored by Toyota Motor Sales, USA Inc., was held at the Tournament Players Club golf course in Scottsdale, Arizona on Thursday, July 24, 2008. 82 golfers hit the fairway for a good cause - to help fuel the philanthropic efforts of the Education Foundation. This annual event raised over $20,000 that will go toward the I-CAR Education Foundation’s mission: “To secure donations that support philanthropic and collision repair education activities that promote and enhance career opportunities in the industry.” “The I-CAR Education Foundation had a very successful golf tournament this year,” said Chris Evans, Chairman of the I-CAR Education Foundation Board of Trustees. “We want to thank the key golf tournament sponsor, Toyota Motor Sales, USA Inc., as well as all the other sponsoring companies and individuals. We would also like to thank the golfers and volunteers who braved the hot Arizona weather to support the mission of the Education Foundation.” Sponsors of the golf tournament and reception included:

The tournament will be held in conjunction with the Collision Industry Conference (CIC) and I-CAR events.
