EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR MARK CLAYPOOL TO LEAVE I-CAR EDUCATION FOUNDATION

(Rolling Meadows, IL) I-CAR Education Foundation Executive Director Mark Claypool has announced he is leaving his position effective July 1, 1998.

Claypool has successfully continued obtaining funds for the Foundation and managing the Smart Jobs/Smart People Campaign. Under his leadership, the Foundation created the PACE program and the TEAM USA Campaign. "Mark is a high energy and organized individual who is well liked by the Foundation Board and we will miss his energy, enthusiasm and always smiling face," said Larry Carter, Chairman of the I-CAR Education Foundation Board of Trustees.

Claypool joined the Education Foundation in September, 1996 after the retirement of former Executive Director Gene Klompus.

The I-CAR Human Resources Department has begun actively recruiting for Claypool's replacement. Requirements for the position have been set and potential candidates' qualifications will be measured against them.

The I-CAR Education Foundation, founded in 1991, is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the quality and number of entry-level employees for the Collision Industry.
