About The Education FoundationThe I-CAR Education Foundation was formed to ensure an adequate supply of well-trained new employees in the collision industry. An affiliate of I-CAR, it was incorporated November 29, 1990, and began operation on April 1, 1991. Its IRS 501(c)(3) status allows it to accept grants and donations from government agencies, individuals and businesses. The mission of the I-CAR Education Foundation is: "To secure donations that support philanthropic and collision repair education activities that promote and enhance career opportunities in the industry." |
